I was first introduced to the laundry ball by my neighbor when I used her laundry machine. She told me about the product. I ordered one for myself. I purchased the wash it starter kit in March of 2008. It is December and I am still using the same one. There are 3 of us in our family so I do probably 4-5 loads a week. I am very impressed with the way it gets my clothes clean and the best part is the convenience factor--no storing large containers of laundry detergent. I also like the idea that it is not harmful to the enviroment. I would recommend this product to others.
